It looks like the great carriage house space at West 124th Street finally got a tenant which happens to be a nail salon. This is
the building just east of FDB that the new Aloft hotel built itself around few years back and the handsome space could have really been the home for an interesting anchor tenant. Upgraded nail salons seem to be popping up all over Harlem so there must be a demand for this type of service but we would rather have had something a little more unique to come along.
