DRINK: HARLEM BREWING COMPANY AT THE CECIL
Friends who were visiting the city wanted to do a round of drinks and The Cecil was one of the spots we recommended since having a couple of cocktails would be somewhat affordable in the early hours. Our guest is actually a bartender and wanted to try a local beer and Harlem Brewing Company's Renaissance Wit was available for the evening. We had tried to order Sugar Hill Ale at another establishment earlier in the evening with no luck so this was a nice surprise. Renaissance Wit is definitely on the lighter side but has more nuanced flavors to it then some of brews we have had around town. Our visiting guest from Europe gave everything a thumbs up and we now have a new beer to look out for.

Thanks for the tip, I have to try this. Does anyone know any bars where I can order a Sugar Hill Ale or this Harlem Brewing Co beer on a regular or semi-regular basis?
