Sunday, September 7th, 5:00PM, Harlem Creates Music Festival at Riverbank State Park, 679 Riverside Drive, entrance at 145th Street. Harlem Creates has a free concert this Sunday featuring Quantum Split, The Westerlies, The Rakiem Walker Project and the Harlem Creates ensemble. This music event will go on rain or shine!
