ARCHITECTURE: ANOTHER CORNICE AT 200 EDGECOMBE

The former wood frame house at 200 Edgecombe is slowly transforming into a townhouse with brownstone aesthetics but has had one revision that makes things a little more formidable.  A previous cornice attempt that had been sculpted on to the front was rather anemic and somehow made the entire endeavor a little half-hearted but the more robust version just added solidifies the entire project.  Things were moving rather quickly over the summer for the house reno but the gutted interior still apparently needs a lot of work.  Read more about 200 Edgecombe in our previous post and check out what the house was originally selling for: LINK
