BESPOKE: A GENTLEMAN GARDENER ON 126TH STREET

The weather was pretty cloudy for this past week but one well dressed gardener tending to a crop of collards at a community garden brighten our day in our travels between appointments.  Walking by the community green spot on the corner of 126th and 8th Avenue, we first noticed large patches of collard green flourishing in the early fall.  Only one person was on site carefully inspecting the new crop and we were quite charmed by the more bespoke formal hat and jacket combination worn for the occasion. Harlem's older gentleman know how to put together a day look and a bit of tweed clearly always makes one look ready for the work at hand for the season.

  1. wearing a hat makes you look good doing anything. And by hat I do not mean baseball cap.
