The new Ethiopian cafe on Sugar Hill is set to open in three weeks according to their Instagram account. Tsion Cafe and Bakery on St. Nicholas by 149th Street will not only be a take on the classic coffee shop but will also be offering a wide range of Ethiopian cuisine. We are actually looking forward to checking out this mom and pop startup on the hill which is offering something quite different for the neighborhood at large. All of these townhouse storefronts in the landmark district used to have businesses in them so it is definitely a nice change to see them coming back.
