DWELL: 154 WEST 132ND STREET SHELL
One of the last shells in Harlem going for below $1 million had a contract out earlier in the year after being on the market for 2 weeks and has sold over the past summer. Number 154 West 132nd Street might just be one of the last deals in Central Harlem even though conditions were so bad that potential buyers could not view the interior. One major selling point was that a Certificate of Non Harassment had been filed for the fixer-upper which is something that could cause long delays if not processed by the time the transaction closes on a sale. I like the little house to the right without a stoop, It looks like an excellent contextual rebuild with the AC units under the windows.
