An old abandoned factory building at 40 Convent Avenue by 129th Street apparently has found a new owner. Walking by this quiet part of Manhattanville over the weekend, we noticed that construction had already started on the site that has been boarded up for as long as we can remember. So what's happening here? Based on the information posted on the plywood, everything will be restored for a storage business without any residential component. Nothing too exciting but it always is a good sign that interest in these forgotten spaces have picked up over the years.
