A Bespoke tip came in that the long vacant commercial space at 381 Lenox apparently has a new tenant coming in soon. Paper is up covering the windows now at this location just north of 129th Street which had an Italian restaurant as one of its first tenants a few years back. One sign just has Cesar on it it with the same information as the second sign which has Slider Kitchens noted. The challenge with new construction spaces is that they lack character and are uninviting especially to the those looking for a cozy place to dine. The chain store look does not do well with those who want to spend a little more money on food and newer businesses who want to make an impression should take note.
