Curbed New York reports that that 3 properties on East 125th Street have just been sold recently to a developer. Everything will be demolished apparently to make way for a new building that will have 75 units altogether along with commercial retail on the ground floors. This will also be a mix of market-rate and affordable apartments but it is unclear if these will be purely rental or condos:
