Since the housing market has stabilized the past couple of years, one would imagine that prime real estate such as Number 321 West 116th Street would finally be restored but is still abandoned as of 2015. This corner of picturesque Manhattan Avenue is only a block away from the subway and the booming FDB commercial corridor. DOB paperwork shows that a couple of permits were disapproved back in 2012 to get some sort of renovations started but somehow the HPD-owned building does not seem to be getting it together these days.
