Walking by Broadway and 125th Street we noticed in the past week or so that a second building within the new $7 billion Columbia University Manhattanville campus has quickly risen just west of the first structure. About 5 stories have gone up so far and we expect that this new construction will be just as tall as its neighbor based on
past renderings. The area is still pretty much a big dead zone and will be so until the first building opens later in the year so we look forward to see the new addition of foot traffic to this part of West Harlem.
