Newly renovated 200 Edgecombe by 143rd Street has arrived on the market for just under $2 million. The single family home is decidedly modern but has some great, higher end finishes within that aesthetic. We would have liked the facade to have retain some of its original clapboard charms but overall not too bad for the price point and for someone who wants a house that looks more like a condo. Another point to note is that this is a substantial 22-foot-wide house but does not have the extra floor on top like most brownstones. Express trains on 145th Street are really close by and new coffee shops have opened in the area recently. More on the broker site:
