Italian eatery Serafina has set their sights uptown at the corner of 122nd on Amsterdam within the cusp of Morningside Heights and Manhattanville, but will they be ready for a spring opening? We walked by the corner space in the past week and noticed that the eatery's corporate car was parked out front but plywood still surrounded the storefront. Looking in, it appears all of the wiring is still being installed and a lot of drywall has been added also. At this point, a debut in another six weeks does sound like a good possibility and we expect even more progress in the coming weeks. More on Serafina can be found in our past post:
