Besides looking brand new and the addition of prewar charm, the address is just around the corner from the 1 train and an easy walk to the express trains at 145th Street. As we have pointed out many times, amenities on Broadway and the adjacent Sugar Hill neighborhood are really happening now so this rental could make a great share or starter for a couple.
