RENT: MODERN AT 73 WEST 126TH STREET

The brand new, strikingly modern 73 West 126th Street finished up recently and opened up for leasing last month for the 6 total 2 and 3-bedroom units.  Rents for this funky new construction ranged from $3,500 and up to $6,250 a month.  Sound like too much for Central Harlem above 125th Street?  Actually all units have the leases signed according to Streeteasy: LINK

    Love this building -- pass it everyday walking the dog, and it makes me very, very happy.
