The other wing joint on 125th Street now also has some major signage up just west of Fifth Avenue. Buffalo Boss looks like it is moving along rather quickly and has a Harlem neon added on to proudly announce the organic chicken spots arrival. We have not tried any of these chains in the past but it looks a like a good year for chicken enthusiasts in Harlem seeing that this is also one of the big trends in 2015. As mentioned earlier on in the week, Buffalo Wild Wings is opening on 8th Avenue in the very near future:
