In the past, not too many better restaurants had lunch service uptown during the week but now more eateries are doing so. Harlem Food Bar on FDB and 114th Street has now joined the club just in time for summer. When the weather is sunny out, the outdoor seating is a cool, casual way to eat on the boulevard from 11:00AM until 3:00PM.
