The cheapest market rate studio in Harlem now appears to be going for $1,175 a month at 283 West 147th Street just west of 7th Avenue. There actually is not a lot of inventory at this price point from what we can see so the demand is there since uptown is part of Manhattan. Not too much is happening this far north but the location is near enough to Jackie Robinson Park and the express 3 train is just a couple of blocks away. More on Streeteasy:
