A Bespoke reader sent in the above photo of the church just east of Park Avenue on 125th Street and wondered what was happening to the address. We looked up 115-125 East 125th Street on the DOB website and all that was listed was an upgrade within the kitchen along with the fire suppression systems dated back in December. This does not seem like the caliber of work that would need plywood out front but sometimes the DOB website is not completely up to date. We will try to see if there are any additional permits posted out front later on in the day. Does anyone have any details on this development?
