ARCHITECTURE: A LOCAL LANDMARK CIRCA 1938
Who can guess the location of this historic Harlem building from the 1938 photo? This actually an official city landmark but not too many people know about the government space. The answer will be posted later on in the day.
ANSWER: The Harlem Courthouse was built in 1893 and still stands today at East 121st Street between Lexington and Third Avenue. Archival image courtesy NYC Public Records
