The abandoned tenement building by 121st Street and FDB finally has some sort of activity on site but the future of the address is unclear. Number 2262 Frederick Douglass Boulevard has all the paperwork in place for a full demolition of the old 5-story structure with no other permits in place. Plans for a new construction have not been filed so it is unclear if the site will now be an empty lot or if the owner wants to sell at some point to a developer.
