Another chain has arrived on 125th Street with the opening of Buffalo Wild Wings at the corner of 8th Avenue. We are not that familiar with the restaurant but do know that the king of wings in Harlem has been Dinosaur Bar-B-Que which will be a hard act to follow. Harlem's commercial strip will probably attract even more chain establishments in the future but at least the main avenues or side streets still have some great local boutique businesses.
