A Bespoke reader mentioned that new signage has gone up on the old building located just south of 118th Street on Lenox. This pre-war structure looked like it was going under renovations but now it turns out that a condo called The Maurice will arrive on the boulevard. Based on the rendering posted on the plywood, it looks like all of the original facade details have been permanently removed and a more minimalist approach will be the order of the day.
