Number 2262 FDB by 122nd Street has had scaffolding up over the past few weeks and now has been entirely demolished. The old tenement by 122nd Street had been abandoned for quite some time and the owner of the building filed permits earlier in the year to tear down everything. There are still no permits filed online for a new construction so the fate of the lot is still up in the air apparently. Any other tips out there?
