Based on the new Instagram account, it appears that the restaurant under construction over on FDB by 115th Street will be called the Row House. Word on the street has it that the guys behind Harlem Tavern will be opening a gastropub at this corn of South Harlem which will finally restore this long abandoned commercial space. We like the name but somehow it is a little out of place on Harlem's main condo boulevard but hopefully the interior will provide more of the ambiance that the moniker alludes to.
