The small boutique sushi shop on 146th just west of Amsterdam Avenue apparently is making major progress for a fall opening. A Bespoke tip came in that has now revealed the name of the new Japanese eatery in the Heights and things seem to be heading towards the right direction. Check out the new photo after the jump.
An opening date has yet to be revealed but a sign mentioning that Parsley will soon debut appears to be promising. We probably would have chosen an herb that was more Japanese such as Shiso but there does appear to be a certain charm to the new venture that is lacking for the most part in dining options surrounding the immediate blocks. What little we have seen of the interior at Parsley looked pretty good to us and this little shop could be one of the more interesting West Harlem dining destination arriving in the last quarter of the year.
