REVIVE: AURUM ARRIVES AT FORMER LAFAYETTE SITE

Signs are now up on 7th Avenue at the corner of 131st Street for the new construction that has risen over the former Lafayette Theatre site.  Aurum has now arrived in Central Harlem and will be the newest condo building to debut on the uptown market with a portfolio of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.  With the other condos selling out at market rate in Harlem these days, this residential debut might just be the one that transforms ACP above 135th Street.
