BESPOKE: THE HARLEM COLLECTIVE
We were invited over to see the new Harlem Collective co-working offices up on Sugar Hill over the weekend and were really impressed with the aesthetics and affordability of this new establishment. Basically two townhouses on Amsterdam by 152nd Street were in the past combined and the new owner has restored everything with original details in a modern way.
Brick walls, original fireplaces, industrial lamps, exposed ceiling rafters and white painted wood floors give a level of cool never seen before uptown in a work space setup. There are the standard communal tables which start as low as $200 a month for a share but also semi-private and private rooms are set up for a little more. On the top floor, an entire loft space has also been set aside for a business startup so local entrepreneurs in West Harlem should really check this one out: LINK
