There are still some decent deals uptown when it comes to larger apartments compared to studios which have become quite pricey. A three-bedroom at 410 Lenox by 131st Street is up for rent at $2,500 a month and has been totally renovated. In the past year, it appears that wavy tiles were on sale for bathrooms but outside of the funky finish, everything looks pretty pristine.
