A long abandoned lot at the corner of 132nd Street and FDB is finally up on the market. With Manhattan real estate at an all time high, upper 8th Avenue might just start developing a little bit quicker in the coming years. Housing options are always in great demand in the city and these empty lots do nothing for the neighborhood. HB will try to highlight more of the land that is now available uptown in the coming months and hopefully some of the developers out there will take notice.
