A long abandoned building apparently owned by a church on 150th Street is finally up for sale. Number 558 West 150th Street had signs on the facade out front mentioning that the aforementioned house of worship would restore the moderate size building but nothing has really come about. We walked by the address just east of Broadway in Hamilton Heights yesterday and saw the above sale signage. DOB paperwork were filed back in 2011 but nothing really happened to the 10-unit residential prewar construction.
