REVIVE: PASSIVE BUILDING GETS GLASS
Manhattan's first passive building has topped off and now has glass up on quite a few of the windows. We walked by 542 West 153rd Street over the weekend and noticed that the facade is quickly finishing up at the address just east of Broadway in Hamilton Heights. Efficient energy use along with a low carbon footprint should really be more of a standard for new dwellings in our opinion and the modern design is actually one of the more interesting ones to have arrived uptown. Check out the final rendering in our past post: LINK
