DWELL: 107 WEST 120TH STREET TOWNHOUSE
A townhouse that just arrived on the market at 107 West 120th Street now appears to asking for the same price as the record closing in Hamilton Heights last month which was set at $4.95 million. The renovated brownstone is a nice size and has been renovated in a decent fashion but is chopped up into 5 units. Single-family homes are in more demand with higher end buyers from what we can see but this location in the Mount Morris Park Historic District by the new Whole Foods Building might just yet command a record sale. I live on that block. Absolutely insane asking price. People just be trying to cash in now.
