An SRO townhouse that arrived on the market last fall for $1.4 million at 468 West 145th Street now has a contract out. The Hamilton Heights home located just east of Amsterdam has a couple of abandoned neighbors next door but has good bones since it is in the landmark district. With that said, a total overhaul will be needed and it is unclear if there is a Certificate of Non Harassment in place.
