REVIVE: 371 MANHATTAN AVENUE FACADE
Work has really been picking up over at 371-373 Manhattan Avenue over the past month and new permits show that a complete facade replacement is at hand. Many might remember that the shuttered church was on the market years ago and consisted of what look like the combination of two existing townhouses merged into one bland building. This block below 116th Street has a lot of great prewar architecture still intact so maybe the new owner will take that into consideration. A rendering has not been revealed yet but those who do not remember what was there when the property was purchased should check out our past post: LINK
