We noticed that the retail space by Maison Harlem is still up for rent these days. This location is pretty ideal since it is just around the corner from St. Nicholas Avenue at 127th Street and is basically in front of the north entrance of the express subway stop on 125th. The rent might be an issue here since the storefront has been empty for quite some time and we had thought an anchor tenant would have moved in by now.
