A Bespoke reader mentioned that a fish market that has been around for quite some time by 140th on 7th Avenue has recently shuttered and emptied out the stock of the store. This free-standing building on Adam Clayton power is next door to the fully detached McDonald's and has been sold to a developer. Word of mouth has it that a residential building will be arriving in the future and DOB permits filed show that an 8-story new construction with 58 units has been planned for the site. Apparently the McDonald's is not part of the package and will remain on the next-door block.
