INTRODUCING: AMERICAN EAGLE ON 125TH

Whole Foods might not be open until early 2017 at the new construction on 125th and Lenox but it looks like one of the other national chains at the address is ready to make an early appearance.  American Eagle had been reported as another major anchor tenant and now it looks like some visual proof has arrived on site.

We walked by this afternoon and saw that several posters for the retailer had been placed in the windows on all sides of the building including one with a big announcement. Summer 2016 apparently will be the goal for American Eagle but these things tend to get pushed back all of the time. Check out the full lineup of stores that will be opening in the coming months in our past post: LINK

    1. In 2015 WF wasn't doing very well financially. They are starting to make a comeback as of May. Prior to that there was a construction issue re: the foundation at the site that required an influx of capital that came from French company Natixis.
