Row House at the corner of 115th Street and FDB has quickly been expanding business hours and recently debuted lunch service. We walked by the New American eatery yesterday and noticed that not only seats had been placed out front but green umbrellas are now part of the mix which will provide some shade from the summer sun. Attracting daytime foot traffic during the week on 8th Avenue is a hard one to pull off and but Row House appears to be doing something right.
