After arriving in June for the asking of $2.9 million, Number 2313 Seventh Avenue has now been reduced to $2.775 million.  As mentioned previously, this could be ideal for a small business owner since the gut-renovated, 2-unit townhouse actually has a commercial space downstairs which could use a bit more curb appeal but the interior has been modernized.  Finer finishes such as herringbone wood floors set the tone for the interior but the light fixtures within seem to be a misstep for the most part (which can easily be replaced).  Adam Clayton Powell has more better businesses opening up around 135th Street than the blocks further south so this address might be worth checking out.  More on the broker site: LINK
