A Bespoke tip came in that Cafe Dandy on Adam Clayton Powell by West 115th Street has now opened. Black, white and red appears to be the decor motif of this cafe which has pastries and coffee during the day but plans to be a little bit more formal in the evenings. A liquor license will be approved in the coming week or so and the menu will probably change a little during the evening hours. We have not dropped by yet but having a dining spot on lower 7th Avenue is always a plus in our opinion since there are currently not a lot of options.
