The landmark historic wing of St. Lukes Hospital at 113th by Morningside Drive has been sold to a developer that has plans on converting the lofty address into rental units. There will be 204 units arriving on top of Morninside Park when all finishes up and the development will be called 30 Morningside. It is still unclear if the missing dome on the top of the tower will be restored but everything should pretty much stay the same as far as the facade is concerned. More details on YIMBY:
