The empty storefront at the west side of Manhattan Avenue on the corner of 118th Street appears to be getting renovated for a new business. We walked by this location just west of the FDB commercial corridor and notice all new infrastructure being installed. There appears to be a countertop or bar situation towards the back of the interior so a coffee shop or lounge might be arriving soon in the near future. Any other tips out there on this new arrival?
A comment on Facebook mentioned that a deli will arrive. The corner shop looks a lot different than the typical bodega so it will at least be an upgrade for this vacant address.
