SHOP: STOREFRONTS ON 125TH STREET
Those low-rise storefronts on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard appear to be worth a lot to investors these days since 246-248 West 125th Street is now going up on the market for $19.5 million. There is about 5,000 SF in the current configuration but the listing mentions that up to 40,000 SF can be built out based on a bonus situation. Retail has been progressively developing with major chains on Harlem's commercial corridor so it will be interesting to see what the building eventually sells for. More details on Streeteasy: LINK
