We have been trying to get a preview of the new interiors at 92 Morningside but things appear to just only be finishing up at the moment. With that said, checking out the updated website for the gut renovated prewar rental building facing Morningside Park reveals quite a few renderings that pretty much looks like a contemporary boutique hotel.
Everything was pretty much burned out from a fire over a decade ago so this new incarnation will really appeal to those who like architectural history but prefer brand new spaces within.
