INTRODUCING: WEWORK HARLEM INTERIORS REVEALED

The scaffolding behind the big Bed Bath and Beyond building on 125th Street by Fifth Avenue went down in the past week or so and it appears that WeWork will be opening soon at this corner of Central Harlem.  This is actually the 126th Street side of the development which will also have 30 rental apartments available up top when things finish up.  As far as the interior of WeWork is concerned, some impressive renderings have been released online.

WeWork Harlem will take up the entire third floor at the back entrance of the development which is also fronted by TJ Maxx and BB&B on the 125th Street end.  The notable rental offices for startups will have one of the largest co-working spaces to be found uptown and will be definitely the most well designed.  Transportion is also convenient at this location with Metro North only a couple of Avenues east and express subways are a block away on Lenox Avenue.  More details on this unique mixed-use building can be found on the City Realty site: LINK
