INTRODUCING: CONAN AT THE APOLLO
We took a shortcut through 126th Street this past weekend and noticed a production crew unloading quite a bit of equipment right behind the Apollo theater. Many of the crated furnishings had writing on them and were marked for Conan which had us recalling that the talk show host was set to do something uptown in the near future. The marquee on 125th Street made no mention of the event but a bus stop poster around the corner on FDB revealed as much. Those out there who have TBS might want to tune in for the next 4 nights to catch a glimpse of Harlem's historic theater on national television.
