Another Bespoke tip came in with a photo of a new awning that has popped up on Adam Clayton Powell just south of 135th Street. Artia appears to be getting ready to open in the next few weeks with a modern storefront but the buffet concept will probably mean this local business is probably not going to be fine dining. With that said, some notable new establishments have been arriving in the surrounding blocks over the past few years and this part of 7th Avenue will definitely change even more in the near future.
