The demolition at 99 Morningside at the corner of West 123rd Street has been going on for the past year and now looks to be complete.  A church had owned the old buildings at this section of South Harlem located by Morningside Park and sold the property to developers who are now working on an 11-story residential tower. We took a look at the side street section of the site yesterday and it actually appears that the foundation work has finished up on that part of the new building so things really should start picking up in the coming months.  Check out our past post for a full rendering of 99 Morningside: LINK
